Customers can download Neighborhood Parcel Forms, complete them and return them to us via Fax at +978-851-0531 Or Call us with any questions at (978)851-0199. Download our International shipping forms required for your shipment and facilitate the Custom Clearance process. You can download The Commercial Invoice or Proforma to list the details of your shipment and list the contents and their perspective values. The Commercial Invoice must be signed and dated by the shipper as it is a legal document needed for the clearance and Duty Tax assessment.

You may also download our Credit card Authorization form, Mailbox Application, Form 1583, and Our Mailbox Service agreement. Our staff is always eager to help you complete these forms or help answer any questions you may have.

If you find that your package didn’t come with one, don’t worry – a quick call to the seller usually solves the problem as they can provide you with the necessary label. However, if for some reason you’re unable to get a label from the seller, we’ve got you covered. At our center, we can easily ship your item back for you using FedEx, UPS, or the Post Office. There will be a fee for this service, but rest assured, we’ll make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.

Just a heads-up, though – if you’re returning items that are heavier than 20 pounds or larger than 20 inches in any dimension, there will be a small handling fee applied.
