Neighborhood Parcel is a local store in Tewksbury MA dedicated to providing a simple, fast and convenient way to sell items and vehicles on Ebay. Customers bring in items or vehicles that they would like to sell. Digital photographs are taken. Text is written and an attractive, detailed listing is placed on eBay. Neighborhood Parcel tracks the auction, answers questions from prospective buyers, processes payment, packages the item, and ships it to the winner when the auction closes. Your items are carefully packaged and stored in Neighborhood Parcel's secure warehouse until they are sold. You do have the option of keeping the item until it is sold then bring to our store for shipping. Vehicles can be retained by the owner. However, a clear title must be surrendered to Neighborhood Parcel before the vehicle is listed. Once an item or vehicle has been sold, payment is collected, it's shipped to the winner and a check is cut to the customer. If the item doesn't sell, it's re listed for free. If it still does not sell, it is returned to the customer; listing is canceled or item is donated to charity and a receipt given to the customer. Restrictions: All items (excluding vehicles) must weigh less than 150 pounds and have a combined length and girth not exceeding 130". The estimated value of the item or vehicle must be $50 or more.

Items from $50.00 to $100: Our fee is 25% of the selling value.
Items from $100.00 to $999.99: Our fee is 20% of the selling value.
Items from $1000.00 to $2999.99: Our fee is 15% of the selling value.
Items from $3000.00 to $9999.99: Our fee is 10% of the selling value.
