Neighborhood Parcel® have joined force with FedEx to offer automatic merchandise return for Tewksbury Area Residents. This service is free to area residents.

FedEx Return System makes it easier for customers to make merchandise returns. Customers can simply drop off merchandise at select Neighborhood Parcel locations. All you need is to tender the return shipment is your name. Usually the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form arrived by email, you need to print it and bring it to us, the package must be properly packaged for shipment. We can help you package it for additional cost. We scan the RMA into the FedEx system and create an Airbill with a receipt. The best part, the process is FREE and won't cost you a dime!
