Looking for a place to return your prepaid Amazon or eBay packages? Neighborhood Parcel will gladly help. Bring your prepaid packages to our convenient store on Main St for a free drop-off service. The following conditions must be met:
- Package Must be properly packaged and ready to ship.
- Contains NO hazardous material.
- Has The RS, ARS, or RS1 return label attached.
- It must weigh less than 20lbs.
- Its longest side must not exceed 20″ in length.
- Value up to $1000 as a pre-paid shipment.
- No Receipt Are Provided For The Drop-Offs.
How Do I Track My UPS returns?
All Returns get handed to the driver on the daily basis: Monday to Friday. The driver usually scans the packages after 5:00 PM EST. The Pickup scan will be posted online at https://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_us
You can also call the company’s customer service line: 800-PICK-UPS to locate your return. But make sure you have the tracking numbers.
How Are Your Rates Vs Staples and UPS?
Great question and we are glad to answer it. Neighborhood Parcel ships great volume and receives generous discounts through all our carriers. Since we have a low overhead, we pass some of those savings to you. Staples and UPS charge what they call Book-rates, they are also referred to as retail pricing. Neighborhood Parcel is often 5 to 20% less! Here is what you get for your buck:

In order to maintain our efficiency and continue to save our customers money, our staff can not generate a $0.00 receipt for your drop-off shipment. Remember that the service is free of charge to you. Receipts are provided with paid transactions of $1 or more.

When Is Your UPS Pick Up Time?
All of packages and letters that we collect and process throughout the day get collected by our favorite UPS driver daily: Monday to Friday between 4 and 5:30 PM. There is no pickup service on the weekend. If you miss the pickup time, your shipment can still be processed and will start its transit the following day.
Can I Pickup My Packages At Your Store?
Sorry, Neighborhood Parcel can not accept packages on your behalf unless you have an existing mailbox with us. If you are not home during a UPS delivery attempt, you will need to either sign the door tag and leave it for the driver when he reattempts your package the following day or call UPS (800-PICK-UPS) and have them reroute your shipment elsewhere.
